1. Cannot sign in to the site - Surname not recognised
The usual cause for this error is incorrect spelling of your surname. Please contact the subscription agency with you DU number to confirm your details.
2. Cannot sign in to the site - DU number not recognised
Your DU number is situated on the address label of the packet that your Journal is delivered in. Your DU number can be deciphered as follows: DU12345 678, Your DU number is simply 12345. If you still cannot gain access to the site please contact George Warman Publications and they will help.
3. I try to sign-in, but the page goes back to the front main page
The site needs a small packet of information to be kept on your computer to hold information needed on each page. This packet of information is called a COOKIE. You need to allow full use of Cookies. Cookie permissions can be set by setting them in your browser options.
The second cause comes from your firewalls privacy options. Please set these to allow Cookies and information to be passed from one page to the next.
4. The web site seems very slow
Slow access to pages is most commonly due to the time of day you are accessing the site. The servers are located in a different time-zone, therefore bandwidth constriction has global implications.
5. I have stopped being able to access the site
The web site is a subscription-only service. Please check your current subscription status.
6. Where are the supporting details for my certificates
The certificates now contain all of the information needed and there is no need for supporting details.
